The pyramids were a fantastic way to spend our days, and the boat tour added to the fun. I was frustrated when our room wasn’t ready at check-in, forcing an unexpected upgrade. The restaurant staff were kind but overwhelmed, leading to long wait times. The room itself felt dated with plumbing issues, and the tub drained poorly. It’s worth noting the indoor pool was a lifesaver during the rain, and the kids loved the outdoor bouncy castle. Just keep an eye on extra charges, like the pricey water bottles. there's potential but it needs some TLC.

We had a rough time with the shuttle service after our cruise. Despite paying for the parking package, we had to wait around forever, finally snagging a ride only because we chanced upon a dropping-off shuttle. So frustrating!

Moody Gardens' pyramids and exotic animals were a great backdrop for a fun circus show. The sunset views and dinner cruises were lovely. The Festival of Lights with Santa pictures was charming.
Couldn't sleep due to the cheerleading convention next door.
