My room was really spacious and super comfy. I loved the big king-size pillows and the mattress felt just right. The bathroom was well-appointed with grab bars and a tub mat, which was a nice touch. the controls for the room temperature were easy to use. Not much noise came from the hallway or the next rooms, so that was a relief! Definitely felt like a good place to relax for a bit.

Overall, the highlights outweighed the downsides, but these areas definitely need improvement.
